I got this for Christmas, but I accidentally threw the stickers out with the packaging so I had to pause the build while I hunted down an overpriced set on eBay. But they finally came in the mail this week, so this morning I sat down to finish it off. Pretty pleased with the result! Now I really want to buy the Mini.

1) Freaking sweet set. My friend has this one, the Beetle, and the Mini. I am jealous too.

This one is waiting for me to be finished. I thought winter was an excellent time for it but clearly it isn't.

If you enjoyed building this one you will certainly enjoy the Mini. It is a little more solid feeling. Now all you have to do is track down 40079 The Mini campervan .

Awesome! I got the same one for Father's Day last year. It was a blast to put together. I want the Mini as well...my sister in law got me the Mini-mini for Christmas.
